The Balmoral Boatshed is located in Mosman on Sydney Harbour, at the entrance to the picturesque Middle Harbour area. By car we are 15 minutes from the CBD and by boat we are in one of the safest, most protected parts of the harbour.

Having been fully rebuilt in 2006 the Boatshed has sat on this very site since the early 1900′s. Its uses have changed over the years from a bustling commercial marine repair workshop to the successful and fully modern Mooring, Hire Boat, Paddlecraft rental and Cafe Operation that it is today.

Our goal is to provide the boating community, locals and visitors with exceptional service and facilities – whether it be for moorings, boat hire, fishing, swimming or great food, coffee, wines and beverages.
